Harrisville Heritage Days

Saturday Aug. 2nd my mom (Marguerite), dad (David), sister (Ginger), her kids (Aubree, Dalton, Daxton), my girls (Chambree, Ezri) and I (Dawn) went to Harrisville Heritage days.

(Keith was gone on a man camping trip with the neighbors)

The kids got to do alot of different activites.

Ezri and Chambree's first activity was musical chairs. Ezri made it to 3rd place. Chambree got out very first. Even before I could take any pictures.

We were still waiting for My parents and sister to show up so, went went to the climbing wall. The girls got to do it as may times as they wanted. I think they did it at least 10 times each. Ezri almost made it to the top but her arms and legs got to tierd.

My family showed up so we headed over to the saw dust scramble. That was a big mess!!!! To many kids and not enough room. None of the kids got anything they just came out coughing and covered in saw dust. They were not happy!

Then we headed over to a ride the Air Force had. The girls got to crash into each other. Chambree and Ezri crashed into each other. Aubree took on some boy she didn't know. They had fun. I think they realized why it is important to were your seat belt.

We were all hot and tired so we decided to sit in the shade and eat snow cones and cool off. Ginger is sharing with Dalton. My mom and dad are just kicking back cooling off.

They was to guys that were doing ballon animals so, the kids went and got one. Daxton got an T-Rex, Aubree a bear in a heart, Ezri a sword, Dalton really don't know what it was, and Chambree got a wenner dog.

Chambree decided she wanted to do a pie eating contest. There were about 15 kids in her age group. They had to eat the whole piece with out there hands and then stand up. Chambree was almost eating the paper we had to keep yelling stand up your done. She finally did. She WON!!!!! She got a T-Shirt and a few other things. She was very happy.

That was the end of our day there.
