Memorial Weekend 22 May 09

For Memorial Weekend this year we went camping with 5 other families in our neighborhood. We had a great time. Our neighbors Eric and Sabrina let us use their camp trailer since they just bought a toyhauler. Thanks guys! We went to a nice fishing lake in Wyoming. Lake Viva Naughton has some grassy areas right next to the water which made it easy for some in our group to watch their fishing poles from their campers when the weather was bad. The fishing was good enough that all of the kids were able to get a fish.

Here is Shawna landing "another" fish with here pink fishing pole. We think she had a gypsy put a spell on it for good luck. She was catching fish everytime she put her line out, at least thats the way it seemed.

Memorial Weekend 24 May 09

Ezri landed her fish all by herself!
Our neighbor Darwin came up with his boat. He promised all the girls he would take them out on the lake the day before. To bad for him. He wasn't really feeling that good after a late night with the guys. The good guy that he is, he still took them out.

Dawn wasn't watching her pole to close, but was able to catch this monster anyway.

Keith landed this baby. The rain was really coming down, so we die hard fishermen were hanging out under the awning while watching our poles.

Chambree was able to snag this baby before the storm stopped. Good thing, because the fish stopped biting after the storm.

Chambree wanted highlights in her hair. I wasn't going to pay a fortune to go have it done. I decided to do it myself. I bought the cap and all the stuff to do it.

Chambree wasn't very happy that I was taking pictures of her with the cap on but I did it anyway.

Her hair turned out a little blonder then I ment it to be but she loved it. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

Ezri has really enjoyed soccer this season. She has improved a lot. These are pictures from one of her games. Her team was called the Blue Dragons.

Ezri all pooped out from running and playing so hard!!!!

This is a picture of the team at there last game. We tricked there coach Ray into a picture and then Keith dumped ice cold water on him. The girls loved it and Ray was such a good sport about it. He was also a very good coach.

Keith decided he wanted to takes us all out to shoot our guns. The girls each have a 22 and he wants them to practice so he can get them in hunters saftey.
